Food was very tasty and a nice atmosphere, if you disregard the Corona measures. The noise level is a bit high due to the open space, but not everyone hears the conversations at the table :)

Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. Overall, the impression has been solidified that there is more appearance than reality. The location is stylish, but the menu can hardly be deciphered with the lighting. The burgers looked great and unfortunately tasted like nothing. What a shame ...

It was our first visit there, but we will probably come back more often now and have a delicious burger. The reservation went perfectly online, the hygiene concept is well implemented. The waiting time for the food is normal (it is freshly prepared) and the service attentive. There are small deductions in the B-rating in the price-performance ratio (the size of the burger could be a little (!) Larger for the prices called up. And: the black bun is very, very powerful and somewhat covers the taste of Franconian beef . But otherwise: recommendation!

Perfect, everything very consistent, Ambience and lighting very inviting and relaxing! Both service and kitchen work perfectly very friendly and courteous staff, great drinks and great food! Everyone who likes unique burgers should definitely come by.

The ambience here is very rustic, and the design of the cutlery and the plates are very appealing. The glasses have a fun trick with the homemade drinks, they look like small preserving glasses. The service staff are also great. Very friendly, quick and helpful. The food was at the table very quickly and the taste of the burger is top notch. A personal recommendation on my part is: don't miss the dessert; I had the fruit bubble myself and I can say it is heavenly. But also the chocolate bubble is just as good after a friend who was there and ordered it. All in all a very good restaurant with good food, good service and where the price matches the quality.

The Hanskaschber in Coburg is a great location! Everything is really right here. The style, the equipment, everything has a real "magic" The service is also super nice, fast and competent, and the choice of food is just right ........ not so many options but still enough variations. Our chosen burgers arrived at our table in a really delicious way. It was already "mouth watering" at this sight😋 The food tasted great, really delicious! We have seldom eaten such good burgers! Not to forget the unusual drinks, not even the standard porridge that there is often, but a different "exquisite" delicious selection. Although we were really full, since the portions are also large, we treated ourselves to a chocolate waffle with ice cream. ...... it was also well presented and Ultra delicious! What we also like, every time the table was changed, the table was cleared, wiped properly, and new guests were given a new menu. The toilet also fits perfectly into the concept, it is equipped with stylish devices and nobody has to touch anything, soap and towel paper come into contact !!, In addition, it is of course clean and smells good👍 One thing is certain, we'd love to come back to the Hans☺ Next time we'd like to try Schweinfurt, there is one too.

I was there for hours. A very spacious and nice place to hang out at with great atmosphere and outstanding staff. They make all of their food themselves and you can taste it. I can recommend the “Hans in New York” Burger with pulled pork nuggets. Keep it up guys :) will come back

Best Burgers in town.

On the recommendation of a friend, I went to this restaurant with 3 other friends. A lot of positive things were reported to me and my expectations were accordingly high. These were met to the full satisfaction. You have to bring 2 hours to eat here. I was on January 4th. here and it was very busy. I don't know if that's the rule. It took us an hour to get the food. A little long in my opinion, but it was worth the wait. The service was very friendly and courteous. We finished eating faster and sat around a bit, tried drinks and enjoyed the time. The prices are equivalent to fine dining. I will gladly come again.

Nice trendy place in the heart of Coburg, awesome burgers and an atmosphere which makes you want to come back. Even though the place was super crowded it still didn't feel too overcrowded and we enjoyed our time there. Reservation highly recommended.

Food is very tasty, we didn't wait so long, the ambient is very good, it gives good vibes. The drinks are very well prepared. The staff is also very friendly. You can only eat burgers here, that are very delicious. With drink and potatoes I ended up paying 18 euros more or less. You have the option to pay with card.

Very good burger place, nice, cozy, dark ambience. The food is really good and out of normal things you can eat in such places. I had a burger with a bug mushroom instead of the bun. I really appretiate the invention here. The place is pretty crowded, the staff is nice and speak some english, aslo not very familiar with cards payment (although it"s possible). I recommend this place.

Really delicious burgers! Staff also very nice. Not quite cheap but quality has its price. The location is also very nice.

The 2 desserts to choose from were somehow disappointing. The rest has fit though. The burgers and side dishes were delicious, the drinks were down and the waiters were friendly.
